What gets answered
- Bug reports. A key that fails to register, a layout drawn incorrectly, a wrong result, a broken page. Include your browser, your operating system, the keyboard layout selected in the system, and the make of the keyboard if you know it. That combination is what makes a keyboard issue reproducible.
- Suggestions for practice texts. Only works in the public domain, in any of the supported languages. Name the author, the title and the year, or link to a source that confirms the text is free of copyright. Contemporary song lyrics and poetry are refused.
- Corrections to the articles. Factual errors about layouts, dead keys or hardware are worth reporting and will be fixed.
- Legal and formal matters. Copyright notices, data protection requests and advertising questions.
What does not exist here
There is no newsletter, no user account and no registration. Nothing on this site collects an e-mail address, and none will be asked for other than in a reply to your own message. Your test results and records stay in your browser, so no request about them can be handled by the operator; the privacy policy explains how to view and delete them yourself.
Messages are read in Polish, English, German and French.
