Privacy Policy

Updated:

This policy explains what data this website processes, what stays on your own device, and what third parties may collect.

Who is responsible

The site is operated by Michał Fedor, tax identification number (NIP) 7431954506.

The tools run in your browser

The keyboard test and the typing test run entirely as code executed by your browser. Keystrokes, timings, accuracy, error positions and speed are processed on your own device and are not transmitted to any server. There is no user account, no registration, no login and no newsletter, and no form on this site asks for your name or e-mail address.

Your results, personal records, chosen keyboard layout and light or dark theme preference are stored in your browser's local storage. That data belongs to your browser profile, remains readable only by this site on this device, and never reaches the operator.

You can remove it at any time by clearing site data for this domain in your browser settings, or by using the reset control provided next to your saved records. Clearing it deletes your records permanently, because no copy exists anywhere else.

Hosting logs

Like every website, this one is served by a hosting provider whose servers record standard technical request logs. These typically include the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address requested, the referring page, and the browser and operating system identification string. The logs serve security, fault diagnosis and traffic statistics, they are kept for a limited period by the provider, and they are not used to build user profiles.

Advertising and Google cookies

This site plans to display advertisements supplied by Google AdSense. The clauses below describe how that advertising works and apply from the moment advertising is switched on.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any non essential cookies are set, and that choice can be changed at any time through the consent control available on the site.

Your rights

Where the applicable data protection law grants them, you have the right to access your data, to rectify inaccurate data, to request erasure, to request restriction of processing, to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, which in Poland is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Because the tests store nothing on the operator's side, requests concerning test results and records are answered by pointing you to the local storage controls described above. Requests concerning correspondence sent to the e-mail address are handled directly.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the site changes technically or when new services are introduced. The date at the top of the page indicates the current version.
